Salient Features :

Special design of the chassis provides more strength and stability, Components used for major mechanism are standard auto parts, ensure easy availability, Well design hoppers facilitate more storage space than the exiting capacity, Built in head light spread powerful light and is protected from breakage, For smooth and easy operation of screed to hydraulic jacks are provided, Four L.P.G. Burners are provided for maintaining screed temperature.

FEEDER CONVEYER & SPREADING SCREW

Two conveyers and corresponding spreading screw will have mechanical. Each side feeder and spreading screw. Will operate independently in accordance with the material requirement at screed. It also maintains and adequate material level in the screed box.

RIGHT HAND DRIVE - This facility ensure very easy operation of the machine and gives better paving result. Low engine mounting and low bonnet gives wider vision angle.
AUTOMOTIVE POWER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM - Standard Leyland Automotive Gear Box give very smooth and noiseless operation. A specialized paver operator is not required as simply a truck driver can operate the machine very easily.
ECONOMICAL MAINTENANCE - Due to standard automotive power transmission durability is increased and break down frequency is required. Easy availability of all gears / parts of this system every where in open market, reduces time and cost of break down hence its maintenance is economical.
